	Service term:	五川商务会员"服务协议（下称服务协议）的确认与接受　　1.1"五川商务会员"登录服务由五川公司提供并管理。　　1.2通过完成"五川商务会员"登录服务登记，用户便表明已经阅读并接受了本会员协议的条款，并同意受五川会员服务协议的约束；同时，用户保证其提交的信息真实、准确、及时和完整。　　1.3五川有对会员服务协议内容变更、修改、增加或删除的权利。　　2. "五川商务会员"登录服务说明　　2.1经五川确认并收录的公司将享受五川公司的会员相应服务，具体的内容可以看网站的相关栏目中的介绍。　　2.2公司申请接受"五川商务会员"登录服务，五川将确认没有重复的会员与合法的会员后，五川的工作人员将在收到申请的2个工作日内处理用户的登录请求，并按照用户给出的电子邮件地址发出答复信。同时告知会员的享受内容。　　2.3鉴于"五川商务会员"登录服务的要求，用户同意：　　(1) 提供与公司实际情况一致的详尽且准确的公司信息与联系方式；　　(2) 在成为会员后，愿意接受五川公司定时或不定时发给会员的有关于：VOIP的行业信息，VOIP新闻，产品技术升级，新产品发布，产品意见咨询，公司促销内容等电子邮件。（3）接受申请后的会员承诺，不得将五川公司用于通知会员活动内容的邮件地址投诉为垃圾邮件。　　3.五川的权利和义务　　3.1五川保证不会因为技术、商业的原因将会员公司信息全部或部分向公众公布。 3.2五川有权依自主判断随时删除包含危害国家安全、色情、不健康或其他不正当的产品、内容、服务等信息。在此种情况下，五川会以电子邮件的形式通知用户，但用户已经支付的服务费用将不予返还。 3.3五川在接受到会员客户提出退订会员邮件时，五川公司保证不再向会员客户再发会员邮件。 4.用户的隐私权　　4.1五川所保留会员的信息。用户同意五川为了促销或其他推广的目的使用这些信息，这些情况包括： i. 依据法律或司法程序； ii. 出于执行此协议的目的； iii. 为保护五川或其他第三方的权利或利益；但该部分的约定并不构成五川负有这种披露的任何义务。　　4.2五川可以使用会员在申请或修改过程中提供的联系方式与会员联系有关公司的信息。在与会员联系的电子邮件中可以包含来自五川广告上的促销信息或产品信息。　　5.公司信息管理的帐号，密码及其安全性　　5.1一旦登录"五川商务会员"，用户将通过五川给予的电子邮件回复信得到一个管理帐号和密码。该账号是用户修改公司信息及享受其它服务的唯一凭证。用户可以进"会员用户管理中心"，更新相关资料，查看分析报告，修改帐号/密码等。用户将对帐号和密码安全性负全部责任。五川将不承担用户的帐号和密码的一切安全及保密责任以及因用户的帐号和密码的泄露所导致的一切损失。　　　　8.通知　　依协议的任何通知应当以电子邮件或书信的形式发出。如果被送达方是五川，此类通知应当寄往：　中国。广东。深圳市罗湖区南湖路3005号国贸商业大厦14J：五川商务会员登录服务中心邮编: 841300 　　或　5111soft@5111soft.com
